Keep it comin’ boys, love this forum! Thank you!
Update: I reached out to the FFL I bought it from and inquired about the jeweling on the hammer and trigger. I asked if he would’t mind reaching out to the previous owner to inquire about it and he agreed. As it turns out, the owner sent the gun to TJ’s Custom Gun Works in Culver City, CA for an action job and to have the jeweling done. The trigger IS really good; not sublime, but really smooth and the SA is perfectly crisp. Soooo, I may keep it like it is after all. Checking TJ’s current prices, the cost for the basic trigger job and polishing/jeweling of the trigger is a little beyond insane. I still have a replacement hammer/trigger set inbound and can always swap it out if I can’t stand the bling anymore.
