Can some one point me to a forum that is more forward or open in talking about anti govt ,civil strife or plain out anarchy.?

I am not interested in neo nazi,white supreme buffoloe chips.
Not so much political as more practicle as the politics all seem settled.
M ay be even some books on the subject,as I cannot even name the subject it seems to complex .
