A year ago, 280 maybe- these days id say you did pretty good!

That's about what I thought. Lately, I've seen similar pieces with an ASKING price well north of $400. Doesn't mean they're worth that much.

Everyone needs a model 10 ... Paid just shy of $200 for my 10-7 around a year ago. Not the most pristine thing, but it shoots to POA with the cheap range ammo and has one of the best trigger pulls I've ever felt. Doubt I'd ever be tempted to part with it.

Fantastic! Those 4 inch barreled models were usually favored by police, back when revolvers were carried. When I was shooting competitively, the 4 inch barreled revolvers beat all others in rapid fire and timed fire, in slow fire the 6 inch barrels and 8 inch barrels came out ahead.

That's a real practical piece.

Thats a nice one.

I bought a 10-8 about a month ago from a former NYPD officer. I got it for $220 I believe shipped. He made me a smoking deal but mine has a lot more holster wear than yours. Mine is really accurate and feels good in the hand. I think you will enjoy it. Its a classic I would not part with it.
