new to me S&W 38 airweight in nickel finish.

I got a m38 airweight today in nickel finish. It looks great and I can't wait to shoot it. It has the shrouded hammer so I can still cock it if I want to. It came with a bianchi holster too. I bought it in my local gun shop when I was picking up my sp101. He put on a gold bead sight for me no charge. A few questions about this nice little j-frame--- is +p ammo ok? Can I use flitz or mother's on the nickel? and lastly, does any one have a link to complete disassembly instructions that include info for polishing so I can trick this one out a little. I can't say it's ok, but if this revolver is in perfect mechanical condition, then I will say it shouldn't blow up if you fire a limited amount of +P ammo. Over an extended period, you may see a timing problem though. If this happens then take it to a gunsmith.
