Maybe this? - http://www.examiner.com/article/feinstein-s-assault-weapon-ban-would-be-tantamount-to-confiscation

"It will ban the sale, the transfer, the importation and the possession, not retroactively, but prospectively," and ban the sale of clips of more than ten bullets, Feinstein said. The "not retroactively" wording would seem to imply that firearms already in private hands would not be subject to the new restrictions.

In a press conference last Friday with Senator Richard Blumenthal (D-CT), however, she painted a far different picture. She explains that all existing "assault weapons" would be--just as machine guns are currently--put under National Firearms Act (NFA) regulation, with all the legal hoops such regulation entails.

The guns would be registered (presumably, like machine guns, subject to periodic inspections by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives); owners would be subject to invasive background checks, presumably fingerprinting, etc. She did not mention the $200 tax stamp for every transfer (and would that also apply to magazines--each magazine?), but if they are to be regulated "like machine guns," that would be part of it. And ownership of the gun would apparently be contingent on a local judge or chief law enforcement officer approving that ownership--with the official in question not required to provide that approval, or even a reason for disapproval.

Failure to meet any of these requirements would be grounds for confiscation.

Of course she does.

Thats what she has wanted since first coming to office in 1970 when she was elected to the San Francisco Board of Supervisors.

She has been hammering on total gun control and confiscation since the Milk / Moscone killings in 1978.

She became a U.S. Senator in 1992, and has never let up on gun control since then.

And she won't ever let up, as long as she is in public office.
But the people of the State of California just keep electing her every six years.

Standing on the bodies of children to totally violate the constitution and possibly lead to civil unrest...yeah sounds like her.

She certainly is not alone in this endeavor. Kerry, Schumer, Clinton and the late ted Kennedy have long dreamed of an unarmed America. Eric Holder (F&F)and Michael Bloomberg (Ga. strawman purchases) have both broken federal trafficking laws in their attempts to garnish more lucrative positions on gun bans. Obama certainly contained the same views within while not having the courage to risk his position in support while lying to America on his intentions.

Obama told us straight up in October that he wanted another AWB, during the third presidential debate

Thankfully, he won't always get what he wants. He isn't a dictator yet. As long as Americans still have their guns, he never will be.

Maybe that's why he wants our guns.

Always about the Benjamins and control.
I guess this is how we will get past the "Fiscal Cliff"
