I'm thinking gemtec trek.
It's short, simple, seems pretty tough, not too much internal volume, only weighs about a pound. On the reviews I saw it doesn't look like it gives gas face, or charging handle to the face.
Seems like it can take SBR full auto level punishment, that's over kill for me since I have neither fullauto or SBR.
Price is good.
25db reduction is fine for a noisy semiauto.
Draw back is it's sealed. It can live on my carbine that burns mostly stick powder handloads that run really clean.
(My other 223/5.56 silencers can be taken apart)
What do you think?
I would like build my own but that's temporarily on hold.

A pound is a lot to tolerate from a 1.5x5.7 DT can, and direct thread sucks for semi auto hosts unless you plan to dedicate it with a pin & weld or Rocksett.

I don't mind direct thread.
Yeah a pound isn't ideal. My form 4 takeapartable one weights 8oz but last I heard that company doesn't exist any more.
The other one can be taken apart too, is a you know what trap and also weights about 8 or 9 ounces.
Neither one is full auto or SBR rated and that's fine.
Are there any that are around 8 ounces and don't cost over $500?

YHM cans are good and most are auto rated as for cleaning even a sealed can is pretty easy to clean

I have two YHM Turbo K 5.56 suppressors in NFA jail right now. They have pretty good stats (db reduction/weight/price/etc). The back end of the suppressor that ratchets onto the QD muzzle device is separate from the main body so if you wear the teeth down over time you just need to replace one unserialized component.

I never updated, I ended up getting a XM177 a few weeks after that last post. Innovative industries has been sold out, no backorder on them every time I checked for the last 2 years so when I saw them in stock I bought it and it's in NFA jail.
I can buy a YHM turbo anytime.
