NG Scope Mount for Ishy 2A1

Due to aging eyes and wearing progressive bifocals, I can no longer get sufficient definition on my front sight to be able to shoot groups that're worth a darn. Guys with younger eyes have no trouble putting 5 rds of SA surplus into about 2" at 100 yds with MY rifle.

Is there any alternative specifically for the 2A1 to the $90 B-Square still around? IIRC, there used to be at least a couple, but so far I haven't been able to find them listed in any of the usual sources.

Any help and advice much appreciated.
