No Snag Adjustable Sights for Glock?

Anybody have any experience with aftermarket adjustable sights for Glocks? I gave up on the same sight pic as my MK II but still want something adjustable with something besides the "balloon in a bucket" factory sight. Maybe a 3 dot or "dot the I" type. G-17 sometimes CCW G-26 usually CCW. Ideas?
