Hey all,

I have a short range I can shoot at, it's about 35 yards max. I love plinking with my 22lr/.410. I love shooting shotgun slugs in general and the .410 is super fun. The .410 slugs aren't common and kinda pricey, the best deal I have found is 25/$10 and then I have to pay shipping. Has anyone used a chamber adapter so I can shoot pistol rounds? Im thinking .410 to 9mm for the best savings on ammo, the only adapter in that combo I can find is non-rifled. What accuracy can I expect? I like shooting reactive targets like pop cans, 2 liter bottles or clay pigeons. Any opinions if the adapter is accurate to hit pop cans at 25 yards?

Edit: I will be strictly plinking/fun with the adapter, not hunting.

They say it will group to 6" at 30 yards. Wonder why they don't make a rifled model for the .410. For 20 bucks I'd have at it if that's what you like. I suspect you will need a small flat bladed screwdriver or a dowel to pop out the empties.

If by accident it is accurate enough, will it shoot to your sights??? What happens when you remove it and reinstall? Where will it hit then?

These are all problems of those kinds of adapters...
