Forgive me if this poll has been asked in the recent past, but it's something I'm a bit curious about. A little while back I was sitting around the range clubhouse with several other range members, and the subject of sports came up (football, baseball, soccer, basketball, etc). What we found was that none of us had any particular obsession or interest in any of the non-participatory sports, ie watching the Superbowl, or the World Series and rooting for a favorite team. For me at least, they just aren't very interesting, either to watch or as a concept. What about everyone on here? How many forummers consider themselves serious fans of a major sports team? What I'd really like to know (but don't have the resources to find out) is how serious shooters statistically compare to comparable non-shooters in terms of interest in watching other sports, whether there is a significant statistical difference when controlling for other factors.
