Man, that is tough, getting the itty bitty powder burns from a NAA Mini. It ain't nothing like severing off part of your finger when shooting a .500 S&W.

That can happen to you with most revolvers if you put your fingers by the cylinder gap, not just the 500 Mag.
 
Never fired the Mini. I have a NAA .380 for a backup, it is on the heavy side, but goes bang every time I pull the trigger and it does not fire when dropped. Thats more than I can say about my last .380 of another brand.
