I live in Northern Wyoming between Sheridan and the Montana border. It's my first year hunting, so admittedly I don't know many good areas for hunting. I wanted to know if anyone who knows this area could suggest a spot for squirrel and dove! Rabbit is everywhere, so I'm not worried about that. And we know someone who knows Pheasant spots. Squirrel and dove are the unknowns.

There is a profound amount of public land in Wyoming.
The state also has arrangements with some private land owners to provide open access to hunters.
Research the DOW hunting regulations for areas open to hunting.
Doves will typically be near agricultural areas. Fields, processing plants, and cattle feed areas.
When you said squirrels, I presume you are referring to Richardson’s, and Columbia ground squirrels.
They are just about everywhere! National Forrest lands near water sources.
I shot some out my buddies kitchen window in his back yard, with his Ruger 10/22HB. By some, I mean a brick of Winchester Power Points!!!
They called them “chiselers”.
There are also red squirrels in the alpine forrest areas. Check for seasons, species, ect.
