i bought some 165gr accubonds to load for my 30-06 and when i load to Nosler's O.A.L. specs 3.320 they will not chamber in my x-bolt seat the bullet deeper and problem solved right? but i'm concerned about high pressures i've never ran into any issues hand loading my hunting rounds for the x-bolt before but i've always used Hornady's interlock bullet which seats at 3.210 O.A.L. so i'm going back to what works (interlock) but i would like to find a safe load that will work for the accubond in the x-bolt i emailed nosler but have not heard back from them

Seating bullets deeper into a bottleneck case won't raise pressure, it does in straight walled cases, if you seat the bullet in the lands pressure goes up. Load down 10% and as you work it up again watch for the pressure signs.

The OAL of a cartridge will change with different bullets. It's how much bullet is in the case that matters for pressures which will change with each bullet. As for worrying about pressures in the 30-06 because of seating depth, like said above its not that critical in a large rifle cartridge as long as you start low and work up. Any time you change components you should work up a new load anyway.
