Nosler brass....who makes it?

I am pretty sure its federal, Federal rifle brass has developed a reputation for being soft in recent years. Nosler may spec the brass out to their own satisfaction and it may vary from most federal products.

I cherish the small bit of Nosler brass I have. I've found it to be very, very consistent. Also the perfect lenth and has yet to require trimming, been shot many times. If you can afford it I'd buy it.

Don't know who makes it, but if it is Federal it is much different than any of Fed's own brass.

If what I've heard is true, it's made by Norma. The difference is; it's all trimmed to min.trim length, chamfered inside and out, weighed to a standard for whatever amount you buy, primer pockets uniformed, flash hole deburred, ready to load right out of the box.

I haven't tried any, can't find it in stock anywhere. Most say it's better than lapua, now that's hard to do.

Cabela's has some calibers in stock, and you can always order direct from Nosler.

Did you notice Nosler's notice about their brass?
*NOTE* OUR BRASS IS HEAVIER THAN WINCHESTER/REMINGTON BRASS, USE OUR MINIMUM LOADS AND WORK UP.

Got it ants....and thanks!....ordered what I needed from another source on line. I have used actual Norma brass before, and it has always defined premium.
