Nosler BT Ogives variances

Has anyone noticed a variances in the ogives on Nosler BT's? I have a box of 100 7mm 140 grainers and the ogives are all over the place. Press is set up right, no problems on that front. Measured the bullets with a comparator and they are out of whack.

Make sure the seater isn`t hitting the tip of the bullet. The plastic tipped bullet in my limited experiance have seemed to have a tendency to "bottom out" before the seating cup contacts the ogive. This has the bullet seated to various depths instead of uniformly like they should.
