Not sure how to deal with a neighborhood situation. Advice appreciated.

Buy an old beater and wait at the end of the drive and wait for him to come burning through and pull out on the road and make sure that the rear bumper is pointed at them and say that they rear ended you and have you G/F back you up. With the stuff you have on them the law and insurance company would more than likely go your way and with a rear end crash in you have your back pushed into the seat and a seat belt you should be ok

Did the OP ever talk to the kid's parents? Or the cops? Sigh...

No parents, just once to the cops to file a report about the taped harassment. I haven't seen that pesky 4 wheeler since I taped him harassing me though... I bet he went home and told dad and dad took the keys. There's been several really nice days since then.

Lately my only problems have been them accelerating a little excessively every time they go by. We got used to that a long time ago though since a lot of people do that by the house.

thekiltedgreatrob, I think that's a long way to go for this. A really long way.
