I've been pining for a moon clip 45 revolver for a long time.

The more I shoot this revolver, the more I like it.
Friday evening I cast a bunch of 228 RN bullets from a Lee mold. Finally had time Sunday afternoon to load, chronograph and group a few-

Little near horror story, back when I first got my hands on mine, mid 80s, they didn't have the collectors value that they do now. I bought a set of Magna target grips, a bullseye spring kit and a set of aftermarket micro adjustable sights. Luckily I never got around to having them installed and never throw anything away so it's 100% back to stock.

I still have the sights and have thought about getting a M21 or M22 and making a retro bubba target gun.
