That sounds terrible. 9mm and .40 can get locked together pretty bad, too. That's nothing, try 45 GAP and 50 BMG at the same time...
Well there’s your problem: you left the refrigerator door open all night! They got Frozen together!Tumbled a batch of mixed range pickup brass (pre-sorting) in relatively uncommon calibers (some of which I don’t even have a firearm chambered for, like 5.7, .300BO or .22-250) and pretty much none of the 5.7 got clean LOLView attachment 1193468

That's odd.........................those cases are so close in size.................................That's nothing, try 45 GAP and 50 BMG at the same time...
during the pandemic, I was buying those 5.7 brass for $0.40 a pop!My solution for 5.7x28 brass is to toss them right into the scrap bucket, just like I do with rimfire shells. Saves the headache.
Why in THEE hell are you tumbling .22 rimfire brass?.22 rimfire brass with .308! STUCK
It would be really cool if he was swaging bullets, but I've not run into many that do....Why in THEE hell are you tumbling .22 rimfire brass?
I’m not sure, but I did with .308 and it was a messWhy in THEE hell are you tumbling .22 rimfire brass?

I know the feeling!I'm always getting .22 LR mixed in with my centerfire brass. I normally take a big plastic tool tray to the range to hold whatever junk I need for the day, and dump my empties into it randomly. When I get home, I take my stuff out of it and then dump the empties into the tumbler. I swear it doesn't matter if there wasn't anybody shooting a .22 within miles of me; I'll still end up with rimfire brass stuck inside my cases.
This is exactly the answer I was expecting.I’m not sure, but I did with .308 and it was a mess
Yikes! I find scads of them out in the woods. I just pop the primer out and get clean brass scrap price for them.during the pandemic, I was buying those 5.7 brass for $0.40 a pop!
