Yep. I use a small cast iron skillet to pound them to about 1/4" thick (I cut the steak about 1/2" thick to start). Buttermilk drench and seasoned flour dredge twice. The cook about 2 minutes per side. Tender and moist as can be.

So far no posts on Liver. IMO one of the best parts.
In my Maine hunting days Deer liver went from carcass to plate at the hunting camp on the same day it was harvested. Smothered in onions crisp bacon and brown gravy no finer meal could be had.
