I know there are hundreds of insurance threads about firearms, lots of them specifically relating to the NRA insurance. But my question relates to if anyone has actually had to make a claim to the NRA, and what kind of a process they went through to get their firearm replaced. Things may include what kind of documentation was needed, how long it took to get their check, how much of a hassle it was, etc.
I have most of my guns on a rider on my homeowners but figured the $2500 given by the NRA would be a way to replace a few if needed but I'm not sure what all it would take to get the situation resolved.
