I can't find anything saying "_______ laws were passed, then when those didn't work the 1934 gun control act was passed". The government went straight to extreme measures.

The two situations are not at all similar and you know that.
Theft from the government vs arms the US abandoned when they withdrew from Afghanistan. And YES, that WAS the US government arming the terrorists.

I get your hate for the government, I'm not questioning that. What is flat out factually incorrect is your assertion that the government armed criminals in 1932 purposly to create the National Firearms Act in 1934. Thats not just factually false, but downright silly.
