Hey i have a flat-top AR and am looking at OLY ARMS "OAS Open SIght Rails"
Can anyone tell me about this sight? How well do you think it can perform?

Designed for the OA-93 series of rifles, this sighting system mounts to Picatinny standard rails. Best used with flat top upper receivers. Specifications include a 5.5" sight radius. Manufactured from aluminum extrusion. When mounted, it creates a pistol-style sight for rifles.

I'm struggling to see the utility in it - short sight radius and questionable ergonomics (as low as it would be on the receiver).. If you have a flattop and need iron sights, it's probably best to just get iron sights.
