Since when does actually exercising a constitutional right become questionable? There's no questions about if you've actually voted, or believe in freedom of religion.
Obama's election shows that we've come a long way in racial matters, but clearly bigotry is not dead, it's just shifted its focus according to the whims of political fashion.
