OCONUS contract work?

Was tossing around the idea of doing HVAC work for a company like DynoCorp or Academi.

Question 1. who are all the primary company's that hire for this kinda work? Best? Worst?

2. would like to do a 90 day rotation with at-least a month home at a time, is this possible?

3. actual pay seems to vary a lot on how its done, experiences?

4. would one of these company's or the ones i haven't hear of offer a trial in case i didn't like it?

FULL STOP. I worked for 4 years in the security sector OCONUS. Every company, every labor category and position, and every client (DOD, DOS, etc.) has their own rules, pay rates, rotational schedules, bonuses, benefits, etc.
