If I'm understanding correctly and the slide stop is not being activated, then the round is hanging coming out of the magazine to the feed ramp.
Couple thoughts-do the rounds hang when manually unloading the magazine? Can you 'feel' specific rounds having trouble sliding up and out?
Also, is it always 'odd' or 'even' rounds that hang? In other words, is it coming from a specific side of the double stacked magazine? "Isolate the variable", as they say.
