If I, A michigan citizen, licensed for concealed carry in michigan were to strap a firearm in an iwb holster under my shirt and strapped another handgun in a ankle holster concealed by my pants leg then drive to and past the ohio border into ohio. Stop at a ohio located applebee's resteraunt order a tastey dinner and a pop. What if any ohio state laws would I be violating? Kinda funny but thanks in advance for any constructive input.

Probably violating no laws since Ohio has a Concealed Carry Reciprocity Agreement with Michigan

Ohio has reciprocity agreements with the following states.
Alaska Arizona Arkansas Delaware
Florida Idaho Kentucky Louisiana
Michigan Missouri Nebraska New Mexico
North Carolina North Dakota Oklahoma South Carolina
Tennessee Utah Virginia Washington
West Virginia Wyoming
Also, since Applebee's serves liquor, note the following:
Forbidden carry zone
• Licensed Class D liquor permit premises if you are consuming beer or intoxicating liquor or are under the influence. If you are
not consuming, you may carry unless there is a conspicuous sign prohibiting carry. Possession of a concealed rearm is allowed in a retail store
with a D-6 or D-8 permit as long as the concealed carry licenseholder is not consuming liquor. Class D permits are generally issuedto an establishment that sells alcohol for consumption on the premises.
In any event, do not consume beer or intoxicatingliquor before carrying a concealed handgun into a licensed premises.

Well... since you'd be using an IWB holster, under the shirt, visiting Applebee's, and ordering a pop in addition to the tasty dinner (we're assuming that they serve alcohol as well)...

None of that matters. Ohio honors your carry permit.

Thank you and I will check that sight. I seem to recall that ohio has some unusual restrictions in regards to driving or being in the car while carrying. The state seems tighter than michigan by a stretch. They like to pull you over easy due to their 60 mph speed limits. I sometimes ned to go to toledo / bowling green areas and would prefer to carry if not to complicated.

Not any more. That was done away with in the same law that made alcohol-serving restaurant carry legal.
