Wouldn't touch it unless you want to make sure that it doesn't work well/at all any more.
I've got a concorde that beats 10/second and one shop at a mall wanted ~$800 to do it. I talked to another reputable dealer and they said it'd be about $400.
So shop around a bit.
From what I understand, there's more to it than just oiling it to get it to keep the proper time, like changing particular springs every time. Then on top of that, they've got machines that'll tell you in a minute or so how many seconds it'll be off per day. Then they need to regulate it (make sure it keeps decent time) in several different positions- on its side crown up, crown down, face up, face down, etc.
