OK, Smithy's -- What would you charge?

I have a 1990's Colt series 80 enhanced, and I want to upgrade the sights. This model has a raised rib on the slide, with a blade fixed rear and post front. I have already re-staked the front as I managed to shoot it loose. I am looking to have a traditional dovetail cut fore and aft, with Novak combat 3-dot replacements installed.

I will buy the sights, but what is reasonable for cutting the dovetails & installing the sights??
