My grandfather just gave my son a Remington "Mohawk 10 C". It takes a detachable magazine. It does not have one. Does anybody here know of a readily available replacement? FWIW it appears to be a single stack.

I used an old school Brownells catalog and came up with two magazines that could work with your Mohawk 10C.
767-323-410 is the number for a Remington Nylon 77 10 shot magazine, $17.69 each + shipping. This is factory production and should work fine.
533-400-510 is a steel, aftermarket 10 shot magazine for the Nylon 11. $13.50+ shipping

Brownells Phone number is 1-800 741-0015

I had an extra 10shot factory one for my 77 but I haven't seen it in years. I know Brownells lists them and they will probably be cheaper than Gun Parts Corp. Gun Parts Corp is a last resort place when you can't find it anywhere else. They know it too, that is why they over charge on everything.

Try Bob's gun parts, [www.gun-parts.com] email or call him if you do not see what you want on his list. It has been a couple years since I had to get anything from him. He got me a couple hard to find mags and firing pins for guns not listed on his site.
