Finally gave in to the dreaded "Rimfire Benchrest" disease.

The Mossberg 144 shared a birthday with me in 1949.

Learned a lot today.

1. Don't shoot late in the day due to wind.

2. Wind can REALLY affect accuracy with subsonic bullets.

3. The Mossy likes Wolf Match Target.

4. Making tight little groups is fun and quite the challenge.

Great! I have a Walther Sportmodelle V that I am dying to get on paper. Per-WWII trainer.

Great shooting by the gun and the shooter. Gun looks real nice too; never seen one before that I remember but has a neat bolt handle and nice wood.

Wolf ammo?!!!

Where'd you find that? I've been looking for several months and still haven't found any.

Excellent shooting by the way. Very impressive. Enjoy yourself, rimfire is fun, doesn't beat you up and is easy on the wallet.

Stay well and enjoy.

Thanks

I found the Wolf online on about page 6 of a Google search.

If you want to pay double the usual price, J&G Sales had some a few days ago.
