Austrian Police Say Man Killed In-Laws With Flame Thrower Before Stabbing Himself
Chief investigator Anton Kiesl says the 48-year-old man set the elderly couple on fire as they lay in bed late Friday using a flame thrower he made from a propane gas container.
Kiesl said the woman burned to death in her bed and her husband's body was found on a bench outside their home in St. Magdalena am Lemberg in the southeast.
Both victims were in their 80s; the woman was bedridden.
Kiesl said Saturday the man fled and attempted to commit suicide by stabbing himself in the stomach. He is currently in an induced coma.

This just illustrates that Australians have sold their freedom for an illusion of safety. Sure, guns may be illegal and hard to get, but violent crime and violent people will even get CREATIVE to kill others. This guy made a flame thrower and then burned two people and then used a knife to stab himself!
