I found this on govdeals.com. It looks like they're from the local PD range since the city is selling them.

I'm not sure if the link works but in case it doesn't you can pull up the web site I listed, then under advanced select OH then Sylvania, OH. It's on the border of OH and MI if anyone is interested.
