Current 22lr Autos:
Ruger Mk III Hunter: Stainless, fluted barrel, VQ Upgrades
Volqartsen Scorpion: MK III version

Past 22lr Autos
S&W Model 41 Sold it and bought the scorpion (which I like allot)
Tippmann Micro Elite 22lr AR Pistol (great firearm!)
Buckmark Vision Plus
GSG 522
Ruger Mk III Hunter Blued

A 22lr I would like to try is the HK Mp5 22lr pistol

Mark_Mark better send that one back it's missing a lock.
Always admired that particular Smith but number one on my bucket list is a Colt match target. Sad thing is I could have bought one about 40 years ago at a Bait & tackle shop in northern Wisconsin for $150 bucks. Took a pass because it would have put a dent in my Musky fishing/drinking budget.

And would you believe that the suppressor actually improves the balance? It's pretty nice without the suppressor, but the extra weight is nice (in addition to the Silencer Cool Factor).
my movie fantasy gun is a Ruger Mk1 with a suppressor. I have a Mk4 with 2 extra uppers, was thinking of shorting on upper and adding a flush suppressor. With E-form 4, suppressor might be a very common thing!

I shoot my 22 autos more than all other guns I own. I have a Nelson conversion on a dedicated frame which I use for a weekly steel match and a S&W 41 that I use for monthly bullseye matches. I rely on these two pistols so much that I have identical backups for each!

here are my next 5 years plan .22

S&W .22 revolver (top list)

Keltec something or all.. P17 very Keltec looking and the 33rd space gun is just plain out cool

Ruger 4 hunter with the flute and stainless. without youtube, taking apart a Mark gun will make you get grey hair

1873 SAA clone In .22!

last…. a Italian or German olympic target gun with those little sticker all over it.
Ruger mark ivs are far easier to take a part than previous gens

I picked up one 3-4 years ago for $250-ish. Stainless Target. had a recall, and they gave me an extra mag. I also bought 2 extra uppers from Voscousain (spell wrong) for cheap. maybe $40 each?!?! can’t remember

If quality and accuracy matter and the fun factor has to be kept in mind, then it is the Hammerli 212. This is also the .22 l.r. pistol I am shooting mostly since a few years.

Just in case that one is not enough:

I shot an FN 150 International in my old guns club for a while before I bought my own rimfire pistols, a Hammerli 208 International and a Walther GSP.

The Ruger MKII is simple, reliable, almost indestrubtible and reasonably accurate even with the stock trigger

Just for fun there are little plinkers, too

those Olympic german italian jobs are hard to find! Fyi, I don’t buy guns online. I love my mark2, had a trigger job done and it’s very accurate for a shorty.

I did buy a Beretta 87 target and put a new Old School ultra dot on it. Wanted something that said “1997 was Cool”

I positively hate the looks of the NEO; a wannabe Wolverine in this beholder's eyes.

In terms of .22 autos that I have and would recommend:

Ruger MKII Government model.
Smith&Wesson Model 41
Browning Medalist

.22 autos that I don't have and want in the worst way:

Colt Woodsman Match Target
High Standard Victor

100% agree! the NEO is 1995 No Fear Gear!

Not long ago I would have said a mark III but I kept hearing about the Taurus TX22 so I bought one have not been impressed by a gun in a long time but it’s everything and more than reported. What a shooter ran 350 rounds through it tried all different makes of ammo it seemed to like the Federal bulk pack the best. Very pleased with this addition
