Most of my collegues know I'm qute fond of the odd firearm, I've taken quite a few of them shooting more than once. Some of my closer collegues know that I carry and sometimes we'll get into conversation around the likelihood of actually having to use a firearm to defend yourself, when you are a just-minding-your-own-business, not a drug dealer in the hood kinda guy. I tell them it's just like car or home insurance, or like wearing a seatbelt, you're not expecting anything bad to happen, but it just, just might...Last week one of them brought me the following article from the Portland Willamette Weekly:
