To quote Britney.....I did it again. Throughout my life of firearm ownership I've pretty much stayed grounded in my love for DA/SA semi-autos and revolvers. Like the late, great Whitney Houston, "I will always love" them....But I reentered my love/hate relationship with Gaton's fantastic plastic. I recently traded for a new G30sf with OEM barrel, a new kkm precision threaded barrel, nights sights and 4 mags. Took it out for the first time this past weekend and I'm infatuated, won't use the word love yet, but close. Very sweet shooting 45. Out to 20 yards, furthest the range allows, it was easy to get head shots. I don't have the "pull left" problem with this Glock that I tend to have with others. I was so happy with this Glock, I traded for a G26 also. Haven't been to the range yet with that one.

I still love my CZs and HKs and revolvers but for right now I'm cheating with the "not so pretty, fairly stocky step sister" and so far enjoying it. ;)

I hated Glocks for a long time. Honestly, I didn’t want any of the plastic pistols. But they definitely work. Enjoy your affair.

I got my first Glock a couple months ago. It carries great and just plain works!

Had a very early production Glock G17 but never really cared that much for the overall ergonomics of the gun; or for that matter most of Glock's line-up. Then I found out that older Glocks were fetching some pretty decent prices on Gunbroker so I went to a LGS that I knew and they handled everything online for a nominal fee. Within a week and a half I had a check from the LGS for the completion of the sale.

I did discover that there were several smaller Glocks (G48 and G43X in particular) that felt much more comfortable in my hand that I decided to give them a try. I bought the G48 first because the G43X was out of stock at the time. Liked it so much that a couple of weeks later I went back and picked-up the G43X! Finally a couple of Glocks that I like their size, how they're designed, and how they perform!
