Honestly, I think it depends on where you are. In my state, we have open carry for all, and CC for those w/ permits (permit is easy to get). I personally would not open carry in my state. Where my husband grew up in GA, everyone had a gun and everyone open carried and the general sentiment towards guns was friendly, there was practically no crime rate, and nobody would ever try to go for your gun. If I lived there I would have no problem with open carrying. You know your area better than we do, if it's legal,you think it's safe and not likely to cause you more grief..... than I don't think there should be a problem, and it would really just be a matter of preference.
