Local shop has a Mark VI Webley .455. Cylinder cut for .45 auto with clips. Looking down the bore, about an inch in front of the breech end is a slight ring. Visible from about the 8 o'clock position around to the 4 o'clock, does not show on the bottom.
In the cuts on either side of the flat top, feels like a slight bump that corresponds with the ring.
I'd love one of these revolvers, but that worries me. Any knowledge of similar condition revolvers, does it affect safety/accuracy in firing?
