i really enjoyed it.

i generally dont watch longer videos, but it was well laid out, and informative, so i never got the least bit bored or antsy (im the fidgety type)

i smiled when the ejector gave the case a good fling and you missed it. dont change that.

your voice is easy and calm, and never rushed or frantic trying to find the right words.

i think my favorite part was that it showed you hunkering down for the shot and settling in, and then showed a vrey clear and close shot of the target at bullet impact.

i honestly give an a+. its better than i could hope to do, and if i ever make one i wouldnt hesitate to use yours as a template.

nice rifle, and great shooting.

make more please.

#7. You saw hundreds of dragonflies in mine, or another video?
another. The guy was demonstrating his Seecamp (I think) It was difficult to watch because of all the bugs.

Popping, is when your breath makes the microphone go "pop". More windscreen. Foam, it doesn't have to be pretty, cause the viewer never sees it. Radio Shack is your friend here.

One thing that I noticed was that you had long (for youtube) pauses in your intro and also throughout your video. If you took these out you could shorten your video by 30-50 seconds. Nice video.

I enjoyed it too-and I didn't miss the "background" music! I only wish I had your video fifty some odd years ago when I first started shooting-it would have shortened my learning curve considerably. Of course, if I did have a video playing on my computer in 1959, it would have been Rod Sterling from The Twilight Zone narrating it!

Thanks again for the replies. I think I see some common points here (like not having long pauses or having a static scene for a long time).

I really want to do a video on shotguns, but can't think of what to do that hasn't been done. I had the idea of comparing the Mossberg 930 SPX to the Benelli M4, but I don't know how popular that would be.

Ideas?

Good video. I learned something. I agree, take out the pauses. I would watch a video comparing the 930 spx to Benelli m4.

Really enjoyed the video. Very well done!
Looking forward to your future submissions... A shotgun comparison, sounds like a good idea.

Even if a topic has already been covered elsewhere on youtube, your take on that given subject, will be unique to you & your channel.

I thought it was well done, and better than some of the better known guys on youtube. I didn't care for the length so much - I have a hard time watching any video on youtube for 11m.

I heard at least one "um", and I think it would be better without that.

Great job, and please let us know when you make more.

I heard at least one "um", and I think it would be better without that.

I probably did at least 30 takes of the first on-camera appearance in the video, and kept fumbling over words. I finally decided to let them "ums" stay. ;)
