It occurs to me that the reason Parker (now Heller) made it was because Heller had actual standing, by virtue of his actually applying for a handgun permit, which was rejected.
It seems to me therefore that a great lot of us should coordinate and document actual attempts to purchase firearms during the infringement period so as to have future standing.
Similiarly, there should also be attempts to transfer handguns through the sherriff's offices, as per the law, during normal business hours.
NOTE: this should _NOT_ be a mass thing, as that would make the FFLs more miserable than they already are.
We simply need to have a number of well documented attempts to purchase. Furthermore, we should trace the failure to the _state_, not the FFL. In other words, explain what you're doing and why, and have the FFL actually dial PICS.
