I would like something that is quick and easy to put on and take off.

I suspect most companies that make a paddle holster make one for the SIG.

A better option may be a snap on/snap off holster like the Alessi CQC-S http://www.alessigunholsters.com/alessi-holsters-cqc-s-holster-for-sig-sauer-guns/

They are typically more secure on the belt and conceal pretty well, which are typically not strengths of paddle holsters. There are several companies producing similar products.
