PB Fabulous Blaster has worked every time I've tried it. It will unstick frozen and stuck screws, bolts, etc. It isn't a lubricant nor a cleaner but if you have a rusted/stuck/frozen part this is the stuf to use.

I got it at an autosupply store which is where you should try first maybe Autozone has it. If that doesn't work it is available from http://supplyhero.com/PB-Blaster-Penetrating-Catalyst-16oz.1680.50720.3.htm. I haven't ordered from them but I found them through a Google search.

There's a discussion of this for Marine (boat, not gyrene) use at: http://www.themarinedoctor.com/cgi-bin/YaBB.pl?board=GNC;action=display;num=1085233871.

PB Blaster is very good. Another penetrating oil which is also used as a bore cleaner is Kroil. It's popular with the benchrest guys.
I commonly use a mixture of Kroil and Shooter's Choice, about 50/50. Works very well for a general purpose bore cleaner.

PB Blaster is VERY good but in my experience Kroil is better on rusted and frozen metallic parts.

basicaly this stuff is wd-40 on steriods, I don't even use wd-40 anymore unless its all I have on hand in a pinch and can't find the PB blaster

Read The Label

Back in the Dark Ages (1980's) I had to read the entire label on a can on PB Blaster. At that time I counted 176 adjectives, the most restrained of which was FANTASTIC!.:what:
It is great stuff..has sort of a wierd smell, but really works. Usually available at local auto parts stores. Kroil is also terrific stuff, but usually I've only found it at industrial distributors.

Kroil website...

Kano labs.com Also, the airgun fraternity is very fond of Napier's VP 90 pelletgun oil. Very creepy stuff - good on frozen or rusted parts.

I discovered Kroil years ago. Used it during total restoration of 1 jeep, 2 model A Fords, a Model T, and countless other stuck parts here on the farm.
That stuff is like magic. I wouldn't be without it.
I buy it by the case direct from the manufacturer kanolabs.com
