Are the pearce grip extensions advertised for the glock 26/27 compatable with the 19/17/23/22? I bought one for my 27 and didnt like it on there, so thought I would throw it on a 22 mag. Any reason why it wouldnt work?

I agree that itis a bit pointless, but i bought the wrong one and dont want to deal with the hassle of returning it. It adds capacity by one, so not completely worthless.

Pierce must be making a new product then. All the pierce extensions I have seen simply gave a finger rest, and did not increase capacity.

Don't do it. If you drop your gun wrong, your mag will empty itself through the bottom. Not worth it for 1 more round. Not that you shoudl make a habit of dropping a loaded gun, but you never know.

No reason why it shouldn't work on any other glock magazine of the calibers it was designed for. It might look odd though if that sort of thing concerns you. Since it allows your mag spring to set a deeper it will change compression rate a touch. Personally apart from quality lights or lasers I do not like to use any non glock parts on a gun I would want to count on for personal defence.
