Pennsylvania’s “Castle Doctrine” Bill Postponed Until Next Year

Thursday, December 13, 2007

On Tuesday, December 11, "Castle Doctrine" legislation, House Bill 641, introduced by State Representative Steven Cappelli (R-83), was scheduled to be heard by the House Judiciary Committee.

The legislation has been tabled and will not be heard until next year. HB641 will ensure that law-abiding Pennsylvanians have the ability to protect themselves and loved ones without the fear of criminal prosecution or civil action.

Well, alan you've got the gun hating Gov. Fast Eddie Rendell sitting there on the top of everything, poisoning the water.
In my mind this man makes Carolyn McCarthy and Chuck Shumer look like pro-gun stalwarts.
Rendell fears ,despises, hates firearms with a mortal passion.
How this man is Governor of your great Commonwealth is beyond any reckoning. He NEVER, EVER stops his hysterical ,guns are evil ,screaming.
He and the equally insidious John Street are the reason these issues never stop percolating in Harrisburg. It's never the criminals ,its always the guns with these 2 lunatics.
Please Pennsylvanians ,vote these hoplophobes out the next time.
