Picked up a RAT today

Stopped off at the pawn shop on the way home today to have a look around. Spotted a knife in a nylon sheath in the display case with a few others. The price tag was $29.99. I couldn’t see the blade but was pretty sure it was an Ontario. I asked to have a look at it. It was a like new Ontario RAT-3. I acted like I didn’t know what I was looking at and asked it they would take $20, and was told yes.


It will go nice with the Ka-Bar BK11 I picked up at the same shop last year.

Would you believe that I did it again?

I didn’t even ask for a discount, and he sold it to me for $20 out the door.
