nice, i always love the additiom of night sights to a handgun, great accesories and a must have in many situations! good choice!

I have a set of TFO's on my USP. I like them but there are three changes that I would like to see to them.

1. Open the sides up a little more so it brings in more light.
2. Allow one of the sights to be a different color, I believe Yellow has the same 12 year half life as green, and there are yellow fiber optic sights. Have a yellow back, green front.
3. Put whites rings around the sights so they work well in light that isn't bright enough for the optics, but too bright for the night sights.

Other then those three things I love mine. I just got my USP back yesterday, so I have only been to the range twice with them. I will see how well they work for the steel matches next Saturday.

2. Topgunsupply sells sets that are exactly as you describe. I've got a set of 'em on my Glock. Topgunsupply.com gets two thumbs up from me.

3. My experience, comparing a set of Trijis side-by-side with the TFOs, is that the white rings are visible in fewer lighting circumstances than the fiber optics are, and there are no situations in which white rings would be visible, but the fiber optics would not.

Yummy TFO only shows the green set on their website.

Though I still think the white dots would be helpful, there are times when the fiber optics just don't stick out, and the rings would be easier to see. It would be less of a problem if they opened the sides up to let more light in.
