Pietta's answer to the Beretta Callahan; pretty much a standard size model with an Army grip frame.

Buyers are complaining about their Keith bullets being a trifle too long for the cylinders, but like the finish and the transfer bar.

I was certainly interested in the Callahan, apart from the name, the company, and the fact that I had to pay $200 for the long grip versus a standard model... The Pietta is only $30 more than a standard in my corner of the woods; still $525 for fixed sights... I'll trust all guns are carefully sighted at the factory :).

It's likely that they are set up with overly tall sights and you're expected to find a load you like then trim down the front blade to match the POA to POI.

Frankly the whole point of .44Mag is to be able to play with a wide range of different loads from mild to WILD. So a fixed sight gun in .44 mag doesn't interest me at all.
