Not real sure where your going. Don't see where I'm singling out for scorn or casting stones.'Ya know, dadman, you can't single out one group for special scorn. As a Baptist, you know ........'all have sinned and fallen short'....etc. 'All' means everybody, you, me, your pastor, everybody.
I'm not the one who shifted gears with this topic and started bashing. Baptists and Nazis, remember?
I'm aware of what the Bible say's. Talks also about sin, repentence, not continuing in sin, the need to accept Jesus Christ as your savior, right and wrong, etc.
Sumpnz,
I'm not asking for the shunning of groups. My objection(s) are to having my faith Nazified. When all else fails, say "Naaaaazi".
I've admired the way the PP's have stood and organized. I've also "felt their pain" when reading about the attempt to disarm them. I'm disturbed about what happened to the guy out West sometime back, and other actions(verbal and physical) against homosexuals.
But, the bashing of my faith by coupling it with Nazis, and the silence from the PP side causes me to wonder what they really are about and to reconsider any support or sympathy I have for them.
Baptists and Nazis. Any group/any preference, I emphasize any. Anything goes for guns.
Interesting concepts.
Tolerance and support is a two-way street.
