Either nobody is posting, or I just can’t find the posts about this. I’m hoping that somebody gets ahold of an actual injunction or ruling soon and starts a thread in legal, but for now, I will leave this in Activism because it’s activism that has gotten the rule pushed back this far.

A lot of use of the word Likely in that article. That amounts to nothing. This issue is nowhere near being resolved, IMO.

Posts on these court actions are in General since on an individual level they don't teach much in Activism. BUT we have discussed the importance of working through the courts and of supporting organizations like FPC and SAF who work through the courts on our behalf.

Another good discussion for Activism is how to use the work organizations like FPC and SAF is doing through the courts to influence local, state, and national elected officials. Pointing out that courts on the path to SCOTUS are deciding for these 2A organizations and against the Antis as evidence of the unconstitutional nature of the administrative decisions made by agencies like the ATF and politicians like the Governor of New Mexico bode ill for politicians that don't pay attention. WE can point out every step taken by our advocates that sets back, even temporarily, action taken by Antis as risk to politicians that don't side with restrictions.
