This magazine came with a Sterling Arms .25ACP, it it quite obviously incorrect...too short.

Any body have any guesses what it is for? The rounded follower seems unique. It just a tiny bit shorter than a Phoenix Arms Raven magazine.

FIE titan also has larger magazine.

I was guessing maybe for a Baur...

Not an expert, but it looks a lot like an original 25 acp ruby pistol magazine made in Spain / Eibar region close to 100 years ago. Mine looks very similar. The Bauer has a flat follower I kind of remember.

The FN Baby Browning hold 6 rounds, has a rounded follower, as does many 25 acp copies.

My Regina 25 acp holds 7 rounds. 20210928_184112.jpg

Baur is a copy (exact?) of the Baby Browning...

This magazine holds 6 rounds, but is around 2.5 inches.

I have a Bauer, but not with me at the moment as I'm at work.

I just image-searched Bauer/Baby Browning magazines and some of the results did indeed look exactly like that one, with curved followers. Others did not, so there may have been more than one type offered over the years.

It's not a Bauer. Here's a pic of the mag from my Martian clone of the Colt Vest Pocket 1908. The 1905 (FN) and '08 mags are marked so I would guess it's from one of the many clones. IMG_3297.JPG

My Sterling magazine came from Numrich today.

It does not fit

I think it an aftermarket, and is .02 inch to wide.
I think I will attempt to sand it down a little.

It fits now, pretty snug, but it fits.

Pro tip, if your are doing this and you don't remove enough material on the bottom third of the magazine, don't jam it in. It is very difficult to remove if you do LOL.
