Smith and Wesson 610 (10mm)
This gun is extremely versatile. With full powder 10mm loads it is on par with a .41 magnum in power. Definitely a capible hunting revolver. It is also capable of firing .40S&W loads with makes for a great range gun.
Smith and Wesson 500 (.500 Magnum)
Notice the size difference in the ammo. From left to right: .500 Magnum, .45acp, 10mm, .40S&W, .22lr.
A little .45 Colt. The guns below run the gamut from self defense loads to heavier hunting loads, though with the Ruger I don't go much beyond 1100 fps. and don't need to.

S&W 25-13 will handle 250 gr. loads up to about 1000 fps. Much more presses it.
Colt New Service from 1921, 5 1/2" barrel. 250 gr. at up to 900 fps don't stress the old girl.
Colt SAA, birds headed and chopped to 3 1/2" from 1903, 900 fps 250 gr. no more than that.
Old Model Ruger Super Black Hawk from the first year of production of the .45 Colt in this gun by Ruger. 1100 fps 250 grain or a bit slower with a heavier bullet
Colt SAA third gen from the 80s built by Bob Munden, I try and keep it under 1000 fps.
